With the close of National Library Week, we would like to share the winners who participated in last week's contests!
How many books are in the Grunigen Medical Library? We received more than 200 guesses that ranged from 1,000 to 25 million, the answer is:
49,246!!!
The Grand Prize Winner is Theresa Romero with a guess of 48,768. Congratulations Theresa!
The runners up were...
Renee Rinke 49,999, Donna Baker 50,000, Elsie Armstrong 50,000, Ava Segovia 50,000, Christina Martin 50,000, Akimbi Jeffers 50,009, Aileen Sabio 50,199, Cecilia Hammond 50,200.
The top winner receives a $50 Borders Gift Certificate. The runners up received various books, library socks, and a sample of ‘In the Library’ perfume.
We would also like to thank the 100 contestants who participated in our Library Treasure Hunt. Each person who completed the contest received a $5 gift certificate to Miss Kelly's cafe!
