| Digital Videoconferencing |
The Information Technology Center (ITC) now offers state-of-the-art digital
videoconferencing technology in any of three rooms available by reservation only
to all UCI faculty, staff, and students with valid UCInetID for the purpose of conducting meetings, participating
in conferences, or broadcasting/receiving instruction or presentations to/from a remote site. Videoconference
requests must be made 24 hours in advance of the meeting/conference start time in order to ensure that ITC
staff have adequate time to test transmission to and from the remote site. For more information on videoconferencing,
please contact the ITC Service Desk.
